CEO and CTO
As CEO and CTO of ValuD, Gopinath (Gopi) Latpate is responsible for setting the vision of the company and establishing long-term, strategic partnerships with world-class clients and partners around the globe. Gopi has unparalleled expertise in IBM TRIRIGA and was instrumental in the design and development of core modules of the IBM TRIRIGA product suite. Before founding ValuD, Gopi worked with HCL America, managing diverse teams and customer relationships across many industries. Gopi has extensive experience in solution design, application development, testing, implementation, and customer support in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) space. Throughout his career, Gopi has received the highest accolades from clients and business for consultative attitude, problem solving skills and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Gopi received his Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from UICT, India, and an MBA from JBIMS, India with a specialization in systems.
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Scott is responsible for ValuD’s revenue growth functions including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Strategy and Solution Accelerator R&D. With more than 25 years of experience in the consulting and software industries, Scott Williamson has performed in executive management roles leading areas including: Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Operations. Scott has worked in large, mid-sized and small companies such as: Arthur Andersen & Co (now Accenture), BSG, Align Solutions, Iconixx and Quorum Business Solutions. As a co-founder of and Vice President of Solution Delivery at Align Solutions, which was recognized as Houston’s fastest growing company from 1996-1999 prior to its IPO as Luminant Worldwide, Scott helped start its Infrastructure Management practice. At Iconixx, Scott served as the VP of Sales and Marketing and helped lead the company to record growth resulting in a sale of the company. At Quorum, Scott served as the Chief Commercial Officer, EVP of Business Development and EVP in charge of the Business Intelligence service line, all of which helped the company drive record revenues that led to investment from two of the world largest Private Equity Firms, The Carlyle Group and Riverstone Holdings. Scott graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Management Information Systems.
VP of Products and Innovation
As Vice President of Technical Services, RPg is responsible for technical services delivery and technical talent development within ValuD. RPg brings rich experience with a variety of software products to the ValuD Team. He was one of the original designers and developers of the core modules in the IBM TRIRIGA product suite, and gained extensive domain knowledge leading the technical implementation services team for Planon Software. Prior to becoming involved with IWMS products, RPg worked in the ERP and CRM markets, and led a number of large projects integrating Real Estate and Accounts Payables. With a total of more than 20 years’ experience in the software industry, RPg is committed to using his unique blend of ERP and IWMS experience to benefit ValuD clients as he provides innovative technical direction to our team. RPg received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras in India.
VP of Solution Delivery
As ValuD’s Vice President of Solution Delivery, Ravi leads the operations of ValuD’s Remote Delivery Center in India. Ravi brings a tremendous depth of knowledge, and passion to the ValuD team and its clients. Ravi has extensive experience in IWMS consulting, implementation, learning solutions, and web solutions. Ravi brings his background as an operations, Human Resource (HR), and development manager to the facilities management challenges faced by today’s businesses. Ravi is committed to providing the services, products, and people to ensure the success of every project. Ravi received his MBA from ICFAI, Pune University, India with a dual focus in IT and HR.
VP of Professional Services, TRIRIGA Practice
As Vice President of Professional Services, Arturo (Art) Reyes is responsible for the solution delivery of IBM TRIRIGA at ValuD. With a career spanning 30+ years in companies such as Deloitte, IBM and TRIRIGA, Art brings to ValuD his expertise in Consulting and Sales as well as his extensive knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA, in particular. With over 10 years of experience exclusively in IBM TRIRIGA, Art has worked across all the five pillars of TRIRIGA and has over 30 implementations under his belt. He has operated as a Technical Architect, managed implementation teams and is well known for authoring the TRIRIGA upgrade process. Additionally, he has successfully parlayed his knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA to help companies like IBM, E-Biz and Deloitte sell new TRIRIGA business into marquee clients in industries as diverse as financial services, retail, government, education and energy. At IBM, Art has skillfully managed a huge matrix team of 50+ consultants while being at the helm for the technical delivery of TRIRIGA IWMS. He was also responsible for building two training teams in the Michigan and India Delivery Centers with the sole focus of building up TRIRIGA skillsets within IBM. Apart from his extensive TRIRIGA knowledge, Art is also well versed in IBM SaaS services as well as FASB lease accounting tools. Art graduated from the School of Technology, Purdue University and holds a Master’s Certificate of Applied Project Management from Villanova University along with being a TRIRIGA certified professional.
Director of Sales, East Coast / General Manager – Motors@Work CoE
As Director of Sales, Jess is responsible for sales in key regions of North America. With more than 15 years of experience and a proven track record of high performance in the enterprise business application software industry. Jess Fortune has expertise in sales and marketing strategic solutions for facilities and asset-intensive organizations, Jess has worked for both large and small organizations including Viziya Corporation, IBM, and Datastream (now Infor). As a trusted advisor to his clients, Jess utilizes a consultative approach in working with organizations to deliver technology-based solutions that drive operational improvements for facilities across a wide range of industries. Jess received his BA from Clemson University.
Sr. Director Support Services
As Director of Support Service, Karthi is responsible for leading ValuD’s ongoing support and hosting functions. Karthi brings to ValuD extensive knowledge from his 22+ years in the information technology industry. As an IBM TRIRIGA Certified professional, he has widespread experience working on IBM TRIRIGA tools and has been involved in multiple platform upgrade projects. Karthi has worked on every aspect of the SDLC, full life cycle implementation and production support projects with over 10 years in support services. He has a unique blend of managerial, functional and technical expertise in IWMS, ERP and CRM domains. Karthi has defined and built onsite an offshore support model for a global TRIRIGA implementation, with evolving methodologies to implement best practices and obtain the highest SLA performance and customer satisfaction. He is steadfast in using his skills and many capabilities to help ValuD clients leverage their IBM TRIRIGA solution to the fullest capacity. Karthi received his Post-Graduate diploma in Computer Application from Pondicherry University in India.
Director of Consulting Services
As a Director of Consulting Services, Cathy provides subject matter expertise on projects and helps develop key personnel to increase their expertise in areas such as Lease-related processes and FASB. A skilled program manager with over 15 years of professional experience in various management and leadership positions, including 11 years at General Electric as a Program Manager of Enterprise Systems, Global Process Leader and Real Estate Portfolio Analyst. At GE Cathy operated as the Data Management Manager responsible for defining best practice standards for data structures related to GE’s Global Operations – Properties teams. Prior to that she was the Program Manager within Enterprise Systems and served as the Global Process Leader. In that role she managed the CoE team which in part was responsible for monitoring adherence to best practices within areas such as: Facility Management, Operations, and Real Estate. Cathy received her BS from Pennsylvania State University.
Kirk T. Howcroft
Director Sales Enablement
Kirk is responsible for sales in the western region of the United States. Kirk has a wide range of experience spanning from the Oil Field, Maintenance, Technology, Construction, Real Estate, Commercial Diving, Sustainability, Consulting, and Training. Kirk is focused on innovation with quality in mind to provide the highest caliber of services and products to each client. Having supported the expansion of IBM TRIRIGA to the worldwide market Kirk will continue to grow the tools and abilities of each geography to support IBM TRIRIGA’s continued growth. Prior to joining ValuD, Kirk was a key member of the IBM TRIRIGA team as a Client Technical Professional. Kirk graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Facility & Property Management.
Penny St. Clair-Holmes
Senior Director of Marketing
As the Senior Director of Marketing, Penny is the branding ambassador for ValuD. She has diverse experience in marketing, finance, and sales from tech startups to billion dollar corporations, including Tekelec (now Oracle), VIZIYA Corporation, Prometheus Group, and Nortel. Penny leverages her positioning, partner relationships, and integrated marketing campaigns expertise to drive results. Her enterprise asset management software and services experience includes on-premise, Cloud, mobility, and IIoT solutions across IBM, SAP, and Oracle systems. Penny received her BS from University of North Carolina Charlotte.
Nikki North is ValuD’s Controller and is responsible for all accounting and finance functions. Licensed as an active Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant, Nikki has 14 years of accounting experience with over six years at public accounting firms including Ernst & Young. She previously served as Controller at a wealth management firm. Nikki received her Masters of Professional Accountancy from Louisiana Tech University.
Director of Technical Services
As a Director of Technical Services, Amit is responsible for the overall technical delivery of IBM TRIRIGA for client engagements. As the leader of the implementation and professional services team, Amit leverages his 15 years Information Technology experience, including 11 years exclusively with TRIRIGA implementations, application upgrades and support. As a IBM TRIRIGA certified professional, Amit excels at aligning clients’ business processes to IBM TRIRIGA’s capabilities and solving complex problems. Amit received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in India and also holds a Diploma in Business Management.
Director, Project Management Office(PMO) and Project Delivery
Andy Richter is the Director, Project Management Office(PMO) and Project Delivery, providing leadership to IBM TRIRIGA project managers and driving critical internal procedures. As an certified Project Management Professional with 20 years of diverse experience, Andy is an expert in implementing best practices, leading global software implementation projects, and improving PMO relevance. His experience includes roles across the spectrum of consulting and leadership positions at Infor, Aptean, and as an Officer in the US Army. Andy received his Bachelors from James Madison University.
Director, Sales & Strategy
Daniel Coffey came to ValuD last year from IBM following 18 years in sales management, sales leadership and account executive roles in San Francisco, the Silicon Valley, and the Northeastern USA. Prior to that, Dan worked in technology M&A in California for select Chaebol clients, following a 15 year stint with the Industrial Development Authority of Ireland, managing its Marketing Services Division at its Dublin HQ followed by 8 years as the Director of the IDA Ireland Office in Seoul, Korea, with wider NE Asian responsibilities for that organization. Dan brings a wealth of experience in global sales, service management, go-to-market and market intelligence to ValuD Consulting, LLC.
Director, Lease Accounting
As Director of Lease Accounting, David is responsible for managing ValuD’s lease accounting practice. As firms are preparing for ASC 842 and IFRS 16 compliance, David leverages his CPA, TRIRIGA and consulting experience to lead a team of Certified Public Accountants through successful client engagements. Prior to joining ValuD, David played a key role in implementing TRIRIGA on a global basis for numerous Fortune 100 firms. He taps into his in-depth knowledge of real estate best practices to assist his clients with improving their operations through functional and technical projects. With over 30 years in the Real Estate market, with a primary focus on Corporate Real Estate, David’s experience includes Deloitte Consulting, KPMG and BearingPoint. David graduated with a MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
