ValuD’s Proven Methodology – FastStart
Successfully implementing IBM TRIRIGA requires an established and thoughtful approach. Rather than implement this type of solution with a “big bang” methodology, ValuD has found clients are more successful when an iterative, phased approach is used. ValuD has developed a proprietary FastStart methodology for implementing IBM TRIRIGA solutions that heavily leverages IBM TRIRIGA’s out-of-the-box capabilities.
The cornerstone of our FastStart methodology is the upfront Discovery phase where our team installs a base-level IBM TRIRIGA instance, conducts core training and workshops, and then iteratively confirms requirements using the installed instance as a baseline. With this approach, we are better able to educate key users on the out-of-the-box IBM TRIRIGA features. This, in turn, allows us to align requirements where possible with these capabilities without the need for extensive configuration. This reduces the number of configurations needed, reduces the time required to implement the solution and in turn, reduces the overall cost of the solution, while increasing user satisfaction and driving rapid organization-wide adoption.
